Turnaround Time

At Creative Designs Web, our standard turnaround time for most design services is approximately 48–72 business hours for the initial concept or revision request.

Please note that turnaround time refers to a single stage of the design process and not the complete project delivery timeline. Depending on the project scope and revisions requested, additional time may be required.

Example
  • Orders or revision requests submitted on Monday are typically delivered by Wednesday.
  • Orders or revision requests submitted on Friday are typically delivered by Tuesday.


Project timelines may vary depending on the complexity of the service selected.

Refund Policy

At Creative Designs Web, customer satisfaction is extremely important to us. We offer revisions to ensure the final design aligns with your expectations.

If you are not satisfied with our services, you may request a refund under the terms outlined below.

Refund Eligibility

Before Initial Delivery

Clients may request a refund before the initial design delivery. A small processing fee may apply.

After Initial Delivery

Refund requests made after the delivery of initial concepts will be reviewed based on the amount of work completed.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be provided if:

  • Final files have been delivered
  • The project has entered the development stage
  • The design has been approved by the client
  • The client becomes unresponsive for more than 30 days


Services such as domain registration, hosting, or third-party tools have been purchased

Revision Policy

We provide revisions based on the package selected by the client. Revisions are intended to improve the existing design concept according to the original project brief.

Major changes or completely new concepts outside the original scope may require additional charges.

Project Inactivity

If there is no communication or feedback from the client for more than 30 days, the project may be marked inactive.

Reactivating an inactive project may require an additional reactivation fee.

Website & Development Projects

Once a website design has been approved and the development phase has started, refunds will not be applicable.

No refunds will be issued after:

  • Website deployment or launch
  • Approval of website design
  • Completion of development work

Content Creation & Uploads

Unless specifically included in the purchased package, Creative Designs Web is not responsible for creating or uploading website content such as:

  • Text content
  • Product listings
  • Images or media files


Clients are responsible for providing all required content and materials unless otherwise agreed.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

  • Providing accurate project information
  • Reviewing designs and providing timely feedback
  • Ensuring all submitted content is legally owned or licensed


Delays in communication or missing project information may affect delivery timelines.

Confidentiality & NDA

Creative Designs Web respects client confidentiality and does not share project details, files, or business information with unauthorized third parties.

All client information and project data are handled securely and professionally.

Technical Support

Creative Designs Web provides basic technical guidance related to the services delivered.

However, we are not responsible for:

  • Third-party hosting/server issues
  • Email software configuration on client devices
  • External platform errors or outages
  • Advanced technical training unless purchased separately

Communication Policy

All official project communication, revision requests, approvals, and refund requests must be made through:

  • The client portal or project management system
